[摘要]目的 研究四种引产措施在引产中的临床应用效果。 方法 回顾性分析2015年8月～2016年7月前往我院分娩的150例产妇临床资料，依据引产方式分为子宫扩张球囊组（50例）、地诺前列酮栓组（40例）、米索前列醇组（30例）、低位小水囊组（30例），对其应用效果进行比对分析。 结果 与其他三组比较，子宫颈扩张球囊组观察指标差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），其余三组组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 子宫颈扩张球囊应用效果好于地诺前列酮栓、米索前列醇、低位小水囊，可作为优选方案推广使用。

Clinical application of cervical dilatation balloon and dinoprostol suppository， misoprostol and low water sac in induction of labor

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of four induction labor measures in induction of labor. Methods Clinical data of 150 cases of maternal from August 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were collected. According to the induction of labor， they were divided into uterine dilatation balloon group （50 cases）， Misoprostol group （30 cases）， low small water capsule group （30 cases）. The application of the effect was compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the other three groups， the difference of observation index between balloon dilatation group and cervix dilatation group had statistical significance （P>0.05）. There was no significant difference between the three groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion Cyst dilation of the cervix is better than that of dandyrolide suppository， misoprostol and low water sac， and it can be used as a preferred scheme.

引产是目前临床处置过期妊娠的一种人工干预手段，随着孕妇妊娠期间营养过剩，引产的应用频率随之提高[1]。目前引产的措施包括物理性及药物性两种，二者均得到了广泛的使用。然而，现有研究成果中鲜少涉及物理引产与药物引产应用效果横向比较的报道，使得研究领域尚存在着一定的不足之处。为总结当前临床中常用的子宫颈扩张球囊、地诺前列酮栓、米索前列醇、低位小水囊4种引产方式的应用效果，本研究通过对2015年8月～2016年7月前往我院分娩的150例产妇临床资料展开回顾性分析，依据引产方式将其分为子宫扩张球囊组（50例）、地诺前列酮栓组（40例）、米索前列醇组（30例）、低位小水囊组（30例），对四组应用效果予以比较，旨在为各引产方式临床应用积累经验，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
