【摘 要】 职业教育的对外开放是我国“一带一路”战略的重要组成部分，如何面向来华留学生开放职业教育是高校发挥自身专业教育优势、提高国际化办学水平的新课题，本文以我校民用航空器维修专业来华留学生教学为例，基于留学生特点和学校现状，分析了现阶段留学生课堂教学中存在的困难和问题，从学生语言能力、师资培养、课程设置与教学方法、学生管理与考评机制等方面给出了解决留学生教学问题的方法探索，为高校推进“一带一路”教育战略、留学生教育教学改革提供思路和参考。

【Abstract】 The opening to the outside world of vocational education is an important part of Chinese ‘the Belt and Road Initiatives strategy. How colleges utilize their own educational advantages and carry out the strategy in order to improve their international level of education is a nowadays issue. Based on the example of teaching international students who are studying on the civil aviation maintenance in Guangzhou Civil aviation college， the difficulties and problems about the teaching of international students at the present stage are analyzed， according to the characteristics of the international students and the current situation of the college. And the corresponding means on languages， the teachers trainings， the courses design， the teaching methods， the managements and the evaluations upon the international students are discussed for the colleges references on pushing the strategy and performing the educational reform.

2015年3月，国家三部委发布了《推动共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路的愿景与行动》，此“一带一路”战略的提出，为国家全面深化改革开放指引了新的道路。而职业教育对外开放是“一带一路”战略实施的重要组成部分，也是职业教育改革和发展的必然趋势。2016年教育部印发《推进共建“一带一路”教育行动》[1]的通知中明确指出，要与“一带一路”沿线国家教育加强合作，共享优质教育资源，全面推动各国教育提速发展。
