[摘要] 目的 给予门诊抑郁症患者综合性护理干预，探讨其对于患者负性情绪的护理影响。 方法 随机选取山东省精神卫生中心门诊于2014年6月—2016年6月期间接诊的98例抑郁症患者，分组采用随机数字表法。患者平均分配后设置为观察护理组以及对照护理组。对照护理组常规护理，观察护理组给予综合性护理干预，对比两组治疗前后抑郁情况、护理满意度。结果 观察护理组护理后汉密顿抑郁量表评分（13.68±1.10）分以及抑郁自评量表评分（38.52±2.03）分均低于对照护理组，满意度（95.92%）高于对照护理组（P<0.05）。结论 对门诊抑郁症患者采取综合性护理干预可缓解患者抑郁症状，提升护理满意度，应加以推广应用。

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Negative Mood of Outpatients with Depression

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative mood of outpatients with depression. Methods 98 cases of depression patients diagnosed in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups， the control group adopted the routine nursing， while the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention， and the depression and nursing satisfactory degree before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The Hamilton depression scale after nursing and depression self-evaluation scale score in the nursing group were respectively（13.68±1.10）points and（38.52±2.03）points， which were lower than those in the control group， and the satisfactory degree was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for outpatients with depression can relieve the depression symptoms and improve the nursing satisfactory degree， which should be promoted and applied.

抑郁癥在精神系统疾病中较为常见，患者常表现为精神低落、兴趣缺失、思维迟缓以及自责自罪多虑，严重者可具有自杀念头甚至行为，给患者造成严重的精神打击[1]。对患者采取有效的护理干预措施，缓解患者抑郁状态为临床护理关键点。该次研究选取2014年6月—2016年6月收治的98例抑郁症患者，探究综合性护理干预措施在抑郁症患者中的实施效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

研究纳入为山东省精神卫生中心门诊接诊98例抑郁症患者，患者分组采用随机数字表法。纳入患者均为门诊具有抑郁症代表性的患者，观察护理组49例，男20，女29，年龄22～64岁，平均（32.56±1.24）岁；对照护理组49例，男21，女28，年龄23～66岁，平均（33.65±1.35）岁。组间比较，上述基线资料不存在影响护理对比的差异性（P>0.05）。
