[摘要] 目的 研究基于精細化管理的“医养结合”养老机构护理服务方法及效果。方法 方便选择2015年1月—2016年1月临沂市荣军医院接受的老年人300例作为观察组，另择取同期接受的老年人300例作为对照组。观察组的老年人采用基于精细化护理管理的“医养结合”模式提供护理服务，对照组的老年人采用传统的常规护理管理模式提供护理服务，跟踪观察6个月，对比两组老年人的血糖控制率、血压控制率、半年内住院治疗率、以及老年人的满意度。 结果 观察组老年人血糖控制率、血压控制率、半年内住院治疗率分别为76.00%、77.00%、25.33%，均优于对照组老年人的33.67%、32.33%、71.33%，总满意率97.67%，高于对照组老年人的84.67%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 基于护理精细化管理的“医养结合”养老机构护理服务，能够更好的提升护理服务质量，提高老年人疾病控制效果，提高老年人的满意度，具有重要的意义。

Nursing Service Research on Nursing Home Based on the Combination of Medical Care and Pension in the Nursing Refined Management

[Abstract] Objective To research the nursing service method and effect of nursing home based on the combination of medical care and pension in the nursing refined management. Methods Convenient selection 300 cases of senile people in Linyi Rongjun Hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the observation group， and 300 cases of senile patients in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group， and the combination of medical care and pension in the nursing refined management was adopted to provide nursing services in the observation group， and the routine nursing management model was adopted to provide nursing service in the control group， and the blood sugar controlling rate， blood pressure controlling rate， hospitalization treatment rate during half a year and satisfactory degree of senile patients were compared between the two groups. Results The blood sugar controlling rate， blood pressure controlling rate and hospitalization treatment rate during half a year in the observation group were better than those in the control group（76.00%， 77.00%， 25.33% vs 33.67%， 32.33%， 71.33%）， and the total satisfactory rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（97.67% vs 84.67%）， and the difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion The nursing service based on the combination of medical care and pension in the nursing refined management can better improve the nursing service quality， improve the disease control effect of senile patients and improve the satisfactory degree of senile patients， which is of important significance.

在当今社会中，老龄化进程正在日益加快，因而各种养老机构纷纷出现，如养老院、老年人特护病床、老年人日间照顾中心、老年公寓等。但是，在很多老年人当中，往往都不具备完善的医疗设施，如果老年人患病，还需要家属送往医院进行治疗和照顾。在这一背景下，可以采用医养结合的方式，运用护理精细化管理的手段，使养老机构护理服务得到进一步完善，使老年人能够得到更加妥善的照顾，因而具有十分重要的意义和价值。方便选择2015年1月—2016年1月临沂市荣军医院接受的老年人300例作为观察组，选择2015年1月—2016年1月临沂市荣军医院接受的老年人300例作为对照组，现报道如下。……
