摘 要 如何推进职业教育的发展，培养适应国内外市场需要的人才，是当前各医学高等院校面临的重要课题。医学专业英语通过模块化教学，从课程设置、教学模式、学生考核三个方面，有效提高学习者的能动性及实践能力。模块化教学核心是以岗位职业技能为标准，以现场教学为主，目标是培养高素质劳动者和实用型技术人才，为传统医学类院校英语课程改革的新方向。

Abstract How to promote the development of vocational education and cultivate talents to meet the needs of the domestic and foreign markets is an important issue facing the current medical colleges and universities. Medical English through modular teaching， from the curriculum， teaching model， student assessment three aspects， effectively improve the learner's initiative and practical ability. The core module is teaching on post occupation skills as the standard in the field of teaching， aims to cultivate high-quality workers and practical talents， a new direction for the reform of English Curriculum of traditional medical college.

隨着中国经济的高速发展并与世界接轨，社会对于高素质的医学类人才需求也日趋旺盛，沿海城市的外资医院更是对医护人员的英语实际应用水平提出了更高要求，有些用人单位直接将英语等级考试成绩作为衡量求职者职业能力的要求之一。因此，国内各大医学高等学校开始施行综合课程教学，即“基础英语教学（低年级）+医学专业英语教学（高年级）”这一模式（陈晓明，2002），强调学以致用，打破原有学科瓶颈，在医学基础课程的框架之上，将英语教学与临床医学进行有效结合。然而，当前英语课程设置及教学方法依然陈旧，课时安排不规范、教学方法单一、师资水平参差不齐，且没有充分考虑市场需求，以至于用人单位对医学类专业学生的英语综合素质满意度普遍偏低。因此，本文利用模块化教学，探索以就业为导向的英语教学模式，保障医学院校毕业生充分就业，为国家输送复合型、高素质医学人才。……
