摘 要 高职院校作为培养应用型人才的摇篮，应当在素质教育背景下对教学进行督导审视，明确教学方面存在的问题，进而提出有针对性的措施来优化、调整教学，从而不断提高教学水平，促进学生全面化、个性化发展。基于此，本文将从分析教学督导审视展开，进一步分析高职院校教学存在的问题，探究解决问题的改进措施，希望对提高高职院校教学水平有所帮助。

Abstract Higher vocational colleges as the cradle of cultivating practical talents， should be under the background of quality education of teaching supervision and examination， there is a clear teaching problems， and then put forward some measures to optimize and adjust the teaching， so as to continuously improve the level of teaching， promote students' all-round development and individuation. Based on this， this paper will start from the analysis of teaching supervision， further analysis of the problems existing in the teaching of higher vocational colleges， to explore the improvement measures to solve the problem， hoping to improve the teaching level of vocational colleges to help.

教学质量是学校的生命线，而教学督导则是保证教学质量的重要手段。在我国教育领域改革不断深入的情况下，为了使高职院校能够适应教育改革，并且在教育改革背景下持续健康的发展，所以从教育改革的视角出发，对教学予以督导审视是非常必要的。这种督导审视可以发现教学方面存在的问题，进而采取有效措施加以调整，最终达到提高教学水平的目标。豍所以，教学督导审视有利于教学活动的优化调整，有利于提高教学的有效性、适用性、教育性。

1教学督导审视

从理论角度来讲，教学督导中的“督”指的是：督教、督学、督管，也就是对学校教学工作、学生学习情况及教学管理工作的全方位、全过程的督促检查、分析评价反馈；而“导”指的是：指导、引导，也就是对各方面存在的问题进行分析后提出意见或建议，以便提高学校教学质量、管理水平、学校办学水平。

教学是教学管理的内容和对象，学生学习的组织和实施过程，它衔接着教学管理与学生学习，所以开展积极有序的教学活动是非常必要的。……
