【摘要】应用文献数据挖掘法，对比二十五味珍珠丸与保密方七十味珍珠丸的组方、化学成分、药理学和临床等现代研究信息，为七十味珍珠丸的药效物质基础和作用机制研究提供思路。挖掘出七十味珍珠丸的植物类药材12种，动物类药材5种，矿物类和宝石类药材8种，金属类药材4种，混合物1种，与二十五味珍珠丸共有的药物仅9种。二十五味珍珠丸中动植物类药物和矿物药类成分已建立含量测定方法，七十味珍珠丸中的矿物和金属类药材已建立含量测定方法，但植物药类尚未开展。七十味珍珠丸的药理作用研究较多，但作用机制研究不深入，而二十五味珍珠丸几乎没有开展作用机制研究。两者主要用于心脑血管和神经系统疾病的治疗，二十五味珍珠丸治疗疾病范围较七十味珍珠丸少，且两药多与其他药物配伍，均未见不良反应报道。

Comparison with the Modern Research Progress of The Rannasangpei and

It is Revealed that Rannasangpei has twelve kinds of herbs，five kinds of animal medicinal materials，eight kinds of minerals and gems class，four kinds of metals，one kind of mixture， and there exists only 9 drugs shared by twenty five pearl pill and Rannasangpei. Methods for determination of certain contents in twenty five pearl pill has been set up，including plant and animal.Meanwhile，methods for determination of contents including minerals and metal medicinal materials in the Rannasangpei have been established and plant dont study. The Rannasangpei has always enjoyed various pharmacological effects without clear working mechanisms， but twenty five pearl pill almost clear working mechanisms. They are mainly used in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases as well as nervous system diseases， the scope of twenty five pearl pill treatment less and compatibility significantly， with few reports about adverse effects.

二十五味珍珠丸和七十味珍珠丸均已被《中國药典》（2015版）收载。二十五味珍珠丸系藏族验方，最早收载于公元八世纪藏医巨著《四部医典》的第3部“秘诀部”中，主要用于中风、半身不遂、口眼歪斜、昏迷不醒、神智紊乱、谵语发狂等。七十味珍珠丸源于二十五味珍珠丸，经历代藏医药学家不断改进和完善，最后由藏医南方学派代表人物苏喀巴·年尼多杰于十五世纪中叶研制而成[1]；……
