【摘要】目的：观察养血益肾方对血液透析贫血患者的临床疗效。方法：将维持性血液透析贫血患者91例分为促红素组（E组）30例、养血益肾组（Y组）29例和强化组（E+Y组）32例，分别给予促红素、养血益肾方和促红素联合养血益肾方治疗8周，比较治疗前后各组的铁调素（Hepcidin）、血红蛋白（HGB）、铁蛋白（SF）。结果：E+Y组Hepcidin、HCT、HGB、SF等指标的改善优于E组和Y组（P<005），E组对Hepcidin和SF的改善优于Y组（P<005），而Y组对HCT和HGB的改善与E组无统计学差异（P>005）。结论：养血益肾方对血液透析贫血患者具有纠正贫血的作用，可能与其在一定程度上降低Hepcidin，提高SF有关，但更与直接提高HCT和HGB关系更密切。

有统计显示，约有70%～90%维持性血液透析患者存在不同程度的贫血[1]。王艳丽研究显示[2]，CKD1～5期患者贫血率分别为1923%、3823%、4875%、826%、977%，其中透析组CKD患者的贫血率高达9723%，而且肾功能与贫血发生率有显著相关性。积极纠正贫血对于慢性肾衰患者有积极意义。长期以来，中药对于肾性贫血的作用屡有报道[3-4]。笔者观察了自拟之养血益肾方对血液透析贫血患者的疗效和相关指标的变化，现报告如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般資料选取2015年5月至2016年5月在湖南中医药大学第二附属医院维持性血液透析患者91例，分为促红素组（E组）、养血益肾组（Y组）和强化组（E+Y组），其中E组患者30例，Y组患者29例，E+Y组患者32例。E组中男性19例，女性11例；年龄38～67岁，平均（4234±1725）岁；病程7～13个月，平均（83±36）个月；原发病：慢性肾小球肾炎16例，糖尿病肾病9例，高尿酸性肾病3例，紫癜性肾病2例；贫血程度：轻度贫血17例，中度贫血10例，重度贫血3例。……
