摘要：高素质劳动者和技术技能型人才的培养是目前高职院校主要职能，而机械化施工高素质复合型人才的培养更是交通类高职院校的主要任务，文章就目前人才市场对机械化施工高素质人才的需要进行了定性分析，同时也阐述了培养高素质的复合性人才对国家职业发展的重要意义。

Abstract： To cultivate highquality technical workers and skilled personnel is the main functions of colleges， and the training of of compound talents for mechanized construction is the main task of vocational colleges for transportation. Qualitative analysis on the demand nowadays for compound talents for mechanized construction was conducted， and the meaning of cultivation of compound talents to national careers development was expounded.

0引言

培养高素质劳动者和技术技能型人才是目前高职院校的主要职能，而培养机械化施工方面的高素质复合型人才更是交通类高职院校的主要任务。本文对江苏交通建设企业进行调研，得出此类企业急需机械化施工高素质复合型人才，但相关高职院校的培养工作并没有全面开展的结论；同时本文也分析机械化施工高素质复合型人才培养的意义。

1机械化施工高素质复合型人才的定义

机械化施工高素质复合型人才指的是在机械化施工领域内，具有正确的社会主义核心价值观，掌握工程机械管理、维护和操作以及施工应具备的知识和技能，有良好的职业素养，富有创新精神的跨领域复合型高素质劳动者和技术技能型人才[13]。

2机械化施工高素质复合型人才培养的需求分析

2.1培养掌握工程机械技术技能和交通施工技术技能的复合型人才是目前施工企业最迫切的需求
