[摘 要] 指出在以人为中心的设计中，用户体验尤为重要，是平台设计的重要内容。采用用户访谈、问卷调查方法对影响手机阅读平台用户体验的因子进行定量分析，再利用社会科学统计软件SPSS对收集的数据进行探索性因子分析，最终抽取7个影响因子，结合手机阅读特点进行定性分析后确定因子内容，以期对手机阅读平台的设计与评价具有实际指导意义。

Analysis on the Impact Factors of User Experience in Mobile Reading Platforms

[Abstract] User experience is extremely important in the human-centered design and it is a key element in platform development. The paper firstly explored factors effecting mobile reading platforms user experience in quantitative analysis by user interviews and questionnaire survey； secondly， analyzed the collected data by the method of exploratory factors analysis through the Statistics Package for Social Science（SPSS）； finally， got seven factors which were defined by qualitative analysis combined with characteristics of mobile reading. Confirming the factors influencing mobile readings user experience has conductive significance in the design and evaluation of mobile reading platforms.

根据人机设计国际标准ISO 9241-210，用户体验是人们针对使用或期望使用的产品、系统或者服务的认知印象和回应。标准列出了以人为中心的设计（Human-Centered Design）思想的3个基本要素：用户、任务和使用环境，同时强调可用性贯穿整个设计思想[1]。在手机阅读平台设计中，用户体验发挥着指导作用，因此应该综合考虑用户需求、操作任务、使用环境以及各环节的可用性特征。随着数字出版的发展，通讯技术、网络支付的成熟以及“全民阅读”的推广，手机阅读已成为人们生活中的重要活动。手机阅读信息量大、免费获取以及“泛在”的特征，使用户可以自由选择阅读内容。因此，提供良好的用户体验是企业吸引用户注意力并使其自觉转换为忠实用户，从而角逐数字阅读市场的主要途径之一。优秀的体验设计可以同时使最终用户、出版企业、产品设计与制造各方获得社会和经济效益。
