摘 要：以家庭联产承包责任制为主的农村土地使用制度在农村农业发展上具有不可替代的作用，但随着中国经济和农业的发展，家庭联产承包责任制已不能适应农业现代化的需求，不能满足创新国家的发展，不能适应市场经济发展的需要，不能达到农产品零距离的流通。农村土地制度改革下的农村合作社的产生以及不断的发展是解决农户分散经营障碍的途径，农村专业合作社把分散的农户集中起来，可以提高农产品物流初始阶段的组织程度，提高农产品供应链主体间的协同度，降低农产品供应链中的信息不对称，提高农产品物流的技术装备水平，保证农产品质量安全。

Abstract： Based on the household contract responsibility system of rural land use system has an irreplaceable role in the rural development， but with the development of China's economy and agriculture， the household contract responsibility system already can not adapt to the needs of agricultural modernization， can not meet the development of national innovation， can not adapt to the needs of the development of market economy， cannot achieve zero distance of the agricultural products circulation. Under the reform of rural land system of rural cooperatives and continuous development is to solve farmers decentralized management barrier via， rural cooperatives to scattered farmers together， can improve the degree of initial stage of agricultural products logistics organizations， improve the agricultural products supply chain subject between the synergy degree， reduce the information asymmetry in the supply chain of agricultural products， improve agricultural products logistics technical equipment， guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products.

农业始终是我国最重要的产业，其不仅与每一个国人的生活息息相关，而且对于整个国民经济产生重大影响。现阶段，我国农业科技发展不断完善，农产品物流也迎来了发展的黄金时期，但是由于我国在农产品物流方面的发展较晚，物流发展并不稳健，农产品浪费巨大，成本较高，不仅造成了经济的损失，影响国家经济的健康发展，也对国民收入的提升产生了影响。所以，构建稳定、高效、低成本的农产品物流是非常重要的。现阶段出现的农村合作社极大促进了农产品物流的发展，而且对以往制度方面的问题进行了一定程度的弥补，进而成为农村经济发展中的重要成本。……
