摘 要：京津冀协同化发展是我国区域经济发展的一项重大战略，三地分工协作的加强和产业布局的重新调整为河北省实现产业结构升级创造了历史机遇，也为河北省物流金融业的发展提供了良好的契机。物流金融业对区域经济发展具有积极促进作用，能够有力地推动京津冀协同化进程的实现。文章在对河北省物流产业及物流金融发展现状进行分析的基础上，以京津冀协同化为背景，对河北省开展物流金融服务创新进行了SWOT分析，并提出具体的物流金融服务创新策略，为提高河北省物流金融业发展水平，促进区域经济发展提供参考。

Abstract： The collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a major strategy of regional economic development， the strengthening of the division of labor and industrial layout adjustment create a historical opportunity for the industrial structure upgrade in Hebei province， but also provide a good opportunity for the development of the logistics financial industry in Hebei province. Logistics finance has positive effect on regional economic development， which can effectively promote the realization of the process of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei co-assimilation. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of logistics industry and logistics industry in Hebei province， the paper takes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei co-assimilation as the background， analyzes the innovation of logistics financial service in Hebei province， and puts forward the concrete logistics financial service innovation strategy， which is to improve the development level of logistics finance in Hebei province and provide reference for regional economic development.

京津冀协同发展作为国家一项重要的区域经济发展战略，是我国区域经济发展从不均衡走向均衡的重要标志，不仅能够有力地促进三地加快产业分工协作、提升区域总体竞争力，也为京津冀地区的物流产业发展提供了良好的契机。近几年随着国内物流产业的快速发展，物流金融作为一种创新型的第三方物流服务产品，在提高第三方物流企业服务能力，拓展中小企业融资渠道和提高企业经营利润方面发挥了积极作用。国外的发展实践表明，物流金融对区域经济的发展具有积极的促进作用。在京津冀协同化进程中，强化物流金融的作用和地位，开展物流金融服务创新能够有力推动协同化进程的实现，反之，京津冀三地协同化进程也能够为地区物流金融业务的顺利开展奠定基础、提供条件[1]。……
