人文护理在冠心病患者介入治疗中的实施效果

【摘要】目的 系统地探究在心脏介入手术患者中应用人文护理的实际价值。方法 选取我院收治的100例心脏介入手术患者进行对照研究，结合临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组。我们对对照组行常规护理，在对照组基础上，我们对观察组行人文护理。对比两组生活质量评分、术后不良反应的发生率以及满意度。结果 两组生活质量评分、术后不良反应的发生率和满意度比较，差异均有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论 在心脏介入手术患者中应用人文护理能够有效地降低术后不良反应的发生率，提升患者的生活质量和满意度，可普及。

Objective To explore the practical value of humanistic nursing in patients with cardiac interventional operation. Methods 100 cases of patients with cardiac interventional surgery in our hospital were selected and compared. They were devided into the observation group and the control group. We performed routine nursing to the control group，on the basis of the control group，observation group used nursing care. The scores of quality of life，the incidence of postoperative adverse reaction and the satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared. Results Two groups of quality of life score，the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions，and satisfaction，the difference had statistical significance（P＜ 0.05）. Conclusion Application of comfortable nursing in patients with cardiac interventional surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions，and improve the quality of life of patients and satisfaction，can be spread.

在心血管疾病的治疗中，心脏介入治疗随着医疗技术的不断进步已经成为重要的治疗方法。在心脏介入治疗中，其手术路径往往是经皮穿刺以及经桡动脉或者经股动脉入径，因此，术后为了有效地避免患者出现穿刺局部出血等并发症，我们需要加强护理干预。人文护理是一种新兴的护理理念，其指导思想是以人为本，强调护理人员要结合患者的病情特点、主观诉求等为患者提供全方位的优质护理，以最大限度地满足患者的护理需求，减少术后并发症或不良反应，提升患者的预后质量［1］。为了系统地探究在心脏介入手术患者中应用人文护理的实际价值，本研究选取我院收治的100例心脏介入手术患者进行对照研究，现报道如下。……
