摘 要 以河北省衡水市为例，对中小学心理健康教育的现状进行了调查，结果发现，中小学心理健康教育的现状不容乐观，20%的学校没有开展任何形式的心理健康教育工作；部分已开展的心理健康教育工作发展相对滞后，主要存在心理健康教育的普及率低、程度较浅、师资力量薄弱、心理健康教育与德育的关系不明确、主管部门对学校心理健康教育的重视程度不足等问题。

Abstract Take Hengshui City， Hebei Province as an example， the status of mental health education in primary and secondary schools were investigated. It was found that the primary and secondary school psychological health education of the situation is not optimistic， 20% of the school did not carry out any form of mental health education； some have been carried out psychological health education development relative lag， mainly exist in the psychological health education of the penetration degree is low， shallow， weak teachers， the relationship between moral education and mental health education is not clear， Department of school mental health education seriously lack of problems.

相對于欧美地区发展比较完善的中小学心理健康教育体系，我国的中小学心理健康教育起步较晚，20世纪80年代才逐渐开始受到人们的重视，通过近三十年的发展，中小学心理健康教育工作从无到有，发展迅速，特别是随着教育部《关于加强中小学心理健康教育的若干意见》（1999）和《中小学心理健康教育指导纲要》（2002、2012）等系列文件的下发，全国各地中小学心理健康教育工作得到了普遍发展，但与此同时，存在一个明显的弊端，即地域发展不平衡，一线、二线城市、沿海城市的学校心理健康教育发展速度快且较为完善，而西部地区、中小城市以及县级农村学校的心理健康教育发展滞后甚至还没有起步。因此，为了更加全面地了解中小城市学校心理健康教育的现状，进一步为提高学校心理健康教育水平提供数据参考，为教育决策部门制定更加符合实情的心理健康教育政策提供理论依据，以河北省衡水市为例，我们开展了本次调查。……
