摘 要

自主创新能力的提高和创新型国家的构建，均离不开对人才的个性培养。为探究中学体育教学中对学生个性培养的有效策略，文章主要采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法、专家访谈法等方法，对个性的涵义、作用以及体育教学中如何培养学生的个性进行了阐述，认为体育教学对学生个性的培养有非常重要的积极性影响，并提出了在中学体育教学中促进学生个性发展的有效策略，旨在为培养符合我国创新型国家建设的未来人才。

Abstract： Improving independent innovation capability and building an innovative country， both are inseparable from the cultivation of talented personality. To explore the effective strategies for the students personalized training in the secondary school physical education， the article mainly adopt the literature， logic， expert interviews and so on， to elaborate the meaning of personality， the role as well as sports in teaching students how to train the personality of students in the physical education. Consider that the physical education has a very significant positive impact on training of student character. And made effective strategies for promoting the development of students character .The aim is to foster an innovation-oriented country in China in line with the building of human resources in the future.

1 问题的提出

把科技创新作为基本战略，大幅度提高科技创新能力，形成日益强大的竞争优势，国际学术界把这一类国家称之为创新型国家。党中央、国务院作出的建设创新型国家的决策，是事关社会主义现代化建设全局的重大战略决策。建设创新型国家，核心就是把增强自主创新能力作为发展科学技术的战略基点，走出中国特色自主创新道路，推动科学技术的跨越式发展；就是把增强自主创新能力作为调整产业结构、转变增长方式的中心环节，建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会，推动国民经济又快又好发展；就是把增强自主创新能力作为国家战略，贯穿到现代化建设各个方面，激发全民族创新精神，培养高水平创新人才，形成有利于自主创新的体制机制，大力推进理论创新、制度创新、科技创新，不断巩固和发展中国特色社会主义伟大事业。……
