摘 要 随着从事物联网行业的中小微企业越来越多和研发人才需求市场的日益增大，本文实践了一种面向中小微企业的物联网研发工作室小订单班人才培养模式，并从中小微企业的研发人才需求、工作室建立、人才培养模式建设、师资队伍、课程体系设计及工作室“传、帮、带、送”的实施过程进行了阐述。

Abstract With the increasing networking industry from things more and more small and medium micro enterprises and research and development personnel needs of the market， the paper practice Internet of Things class development studio small orders a training model for small and medium micro enterprises， and from small and medium micro R & D talent needs of enterprises， the studio set up training model construction， faculty， curriculum design and studio "Biography， help with， take and send" implementation process are described.

0 前言

“物联网”被认为是继计算机、互联网之后，世界信息产业的第三次浪潮，未来10年将带来上万亿规模的高科技市场。在2015年的国务院政府工作报告中，李克强总理提出制定“互联网+”行动计划，各省市都在制定自己的物联网产业规划，许多企业投入到物联网行业发展，对企业的产品进行物联化改造以适应市场需求的变化，所有这一切都需要大量的物联网人才参与其中，这也使得物联网人才成为未来最紧缺的人才之一。高职院校毕业生的就业去处往往是本地的中小微企业，中山职业技术学院物联网专业为更好地服务于本地物联网产业发展，构建了面向中小微企业的研发工作室小订单班人才培养模式并初步获得成效。

1 中小微物联网企业人才需求

中小微企业由于订单少、业务需求不稳定、资金等问题，每年对高职学生需求量较少，一般是五个左右。同时，由于物联网行业相对于其他行业对知识和技能要求比较综合全面，中小微……
