摘 要：对湖南省浓香型烟区2011—2012年111个烤烟样品的物理特性和外观质量进行了基本统计特征分析，并采用灰色关联分析研究了外观质量物理特性的关系。结果表明，烟叶物理性状除叶长外，各项指标都是右偏态分布，外观质量除颜色和成熟度指标外，其他各指标是左偏态分布，烟叶叶长、含梗率和叶质重与烟叶外观质量各项指标关系最密切。含水率与烟叶外观质量关系最疏远。

Analysis on Correlation Between Physical Property and Appearance Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco in Hunan

Abstract： The regular physical property index of 111 flue-cured tobacco samples in Hunan province in 2011—2012 were analyzed，and the relationship between appearance quality and physical property index was studied by using grey relation analysis.The results indicated that apart from color leaf length， all other physical property indicators were skewed right， apart from color outside and mature degree， all other appearance quality indicators were skewed left， the closest relationship with the appearance of quality were leaf length， stem ratio， weight per unit area.The most distant relationship with the appearance of quality was equilibrium moisture content.

烟叶质量是一个复杂的综合性概念，包括物理特性、化学成分、外观质量、感官质量、安全性等，它们分别又由相互关联的不同评价指标构成[1-2]。无论用哪种或哪几种指标，都不能全面反映或表达烟叶品质，只有系统地研究各项指标及其相互关系，才能全面深入了解烟叶质量，有针对性地指导农业生产，为卷烟工业提供优质烟叶。湖南省位于长江中游，属于亚热带季风湿润气候区，气候温和、雨量充沛、光热充足、无霜期长，土壤多为红壤、黄壤和紫色土，土层深厚，质地疏松，酸碱度适中，具备生产优质烟叶的良好自然条件，是中国典型浓香型烟叶的重要产区[3]。近年来烟叶感官质量与物理、化学、外观质量的相互关系备受关注[4-13]，有关烟叶物理特性与外观质量的关系少见报道[14-16]，因此，探究湖南浓香型烤烟物理特性与外观质量的关系，有助于深入了解该产烟区烟叶质量，为制定提高湖南浓香型烟叶品质的农业措施提供理论参考。……
