摘 要：分析了在日粮中添加鸡蛋对荷斯坦种公牛的精液量、精子密度、精液活率、畸形率、性反射时间的影响。在同一月份将后16头公牛随机分成两组，分别饲喂不含鸡蛋的全价日粮饲料和含鸡蛋的全价日粮饲料，对两组试验数据进行对比分析。结果表明：在日粮中添加鸡蛋后，试验组的精液量、精子密度、冻后活力显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；鲜精活力、畸形率、性反射时间两组间差异不显著（P>0.05）；对种公牛的体质、精液颜色有良性影响。

Effect of Adding Eggs Diet on Bull Semen Quality

Abstact ：This paper analyzed the effect of adding egg diet on semen volume， sperm density and sperm viability， the deformity rate， and reflex time in the Holstein bull . In the same month， 16 bulls were randomly divided into two groups. Not eggs were adding to the full price diets. As control the other experiment groups with egg and feed the full price of feed ration， then two groups of experimental data were analyzed. The results showed that effect of adding egg on the experimental group semen volume， sperm density frozen vitality was significantly higher than that of control （P<0.05）； malformation of fresh vitality blunt reflection time difference between the two groups was not significant （P>0.05）. Positive impact on the bull's physique and Semen color .

对于公牛而言，不断提高精液品质是种公牛饲养的关键目标。有资料指出，每头公牛每天补饲8～15个鸡蛋，有利于提高精液品质[1]。但具体如何改善精液品质未见详细报道。牛属于反刍动物，采食后的饲料营养首先被瘤胃中的大量微生物吸收利用，转化成菌体蛋白等，然后在肠道中被牛吸收。饲料中的蛋白质进入瘤胃后，约50%～70%会被瘤胃微生物分泌的蛋白酶分解形成肽、氨基酸，只有30%～50%的蛋白质可直接进入后段消化道。当瘤胃的pH值为6.7～7.0时，形成的氨基酸迅速降解生成氨、二氧化碳和有机酸。瘤胃微生物能直接利用氨基酸合成微生物体蛋白质，细菌还可利用氨先合成氨基酸后，再转变成菌体蛋白。菌体蛋白、纤毛虫蛋白和饲料中未被分解的蛋白质一起进入后段消化道被牛体自身再消化。

与单胃动物相比，牛脂肪中含硬脂酸较多，乳脂中还含有相当数量的反式不饱和脂肪酸和少量支链脂肪酸，而且牛体脂中的脂肪酸成分还不受日粮中不饱和脂肪酸的影响，这些都是由牛对脂类消化和利用的代谢特点决定的。……
