师德建设在高校内涵式发展中的意义*

摘要：师德建设不仅涉及教师自身的发展与完善，也关系到高等教育改革的实现。高校内涵式发展是当下高等教育改革的重要方略，是以提高人才培养质量为目标，不断提升核心竞争力，通过教育体制改革，整合资源，催生动力，由内而外地推动高校不断发展。师德建设在保证高校顺利实现内涵式发展过程中具有重要意义。

Abstract:The construction of the teacher's morality is related to not only the teacher's own development and perfection, but also the realization of the higher education reform. The connotative development is an important strategy of currently higher education reform, which aims at enhancing the talent training quality and improving the core competitiveness. It comprehensively improves the development of colleges and universities through reforming education system, integrating resources, inspire motivation. The construction of the teacher's morality is of great significance in the realization of connotative development in colleges and universities.

师德建设，顾名思义就是要通过一系列的建设方略，提升教师群体的职业素养和德行修养。习近平同志讲：“师德是深厚的知识修养和文化品位的体现。”党的十八大后，全国高校确立了内涵式发展战略，即充分依靠内生动力，整合优势资源，提高人才培养质量，提升高校的核心竞争力。高校能否完成教育目标，关键在于能否造就一批学识渊博，富有社会责任感和创新精神的教师。要使每个教师都能发挥出自身的职业价值和教育影响力，很大程度上与教师人格魅力和师德状况密切相关。因此，加强师德建设，不仅有助于教师职业群体社会价值的实现，更是高校实现内涵式发展的关键。
