当代大学生就业创业特点、现状与路径探析*

摘要：当前我国高校毕业生“就业难”是高等教育扩张、产业结构调整、高校专业设置不合理、城乡二元劳动力市场分割等多种因素综合影响的结果。本文通过对我国高校大学生就业特点的分析，指出了大学生就业与创业的现状与问题，提出了从加大国家就业创业政策支持力度、改革高校就业创业工作管理模式、提高大学生就业创业能力等方面的解决路径。

Abstract:At present，the employment difficulty of college graduates is the result of the comprehensive influence of various factors，such as the expansion of higher education，the adjustment of the industrial structure，the unreasonable curriculum setting inuniversity，and the urban and rural labor market segmentation.Through the analysis of the employment characteristics of the college students in our country，this paper points out the present situation and problems of College Students'employment and proposes several solutions from perspectives of strengthening the national support to the entrepreneurship and employment policy，reforming the management mode of employment and entrepreneurship and improving the college students'employment and entrepreneurship ability.

大学毕业生的就业问题，是一个涉及经济发展、民生改善以及社会稳定的社会问题，也是新形势下取代农民工、下岗职工就业问题而成为就业市场的核心问题。当前大学生就业面临着双重压力：一方面是大学生群体面对全社会的巨大就业压力，造成供求总量上的矛盾和结果上的矛盾；另一方面是大学生就业的主观愿望与社会客观现实和自身现实相矛盾。如何在激烈的竞争中找到满意工作或自主创业，成为高校和毕业生必须直面的问题。

一、大学生就业特点

随着中国高等教育快速发展，大学毕业生的数量每年以20-30万的速度增加。据中国教育网发布的信息，2016年全国高校毕业生总数预计达到770万人，比2015年增加21万多人［1］。一面是大学毕业生庞大群体在逐年增加，另一面是产业升级和社会转型加剧，大学生就业呈如下特点：一是大学生就业市场由“卖方市场”向“买方市场”转化。……
