摘 要：随着云计算技术的发展，针对高校数字化信息资源分配不均，以及仪器设备重复投入建设带来资金严重不足的现状，云计算与教育的结合，对于建立开放灵活的教育信息化服务平台，实现资源共享有着重要的意义。文章介绍教育信息化云服务平台概述，阐述云计算在高校数 字信息化中的应用优势，从高等教育管理信息服务系 统发展模式，设计了教育信息化云服 务平台的技术架构，探讨其在高等教育管理信息服务系统的构建，促进高校教育信息化建设的发展。

Abstract： With the development of cloud computing technology in digital information resources in Colleges and universities， according to the uneven distribution of instruments and equipment， and repeated investment construction status of a serious shortage of funds， meanwhile combined with cloud computing and education， the establishment of an open and flexible education information service platform is of great significance to realize the resources sharing. The article introduces the education information cloud services platform， application advantages of cloud computing in the digital information technology. After that， from the development mode of information service system of higher education management， the paper designes the architecture of cloud platform of information service of education， and discusses the construction of the higher education management information service system， therefore promotes the development of higher education information construction.

随着云计算时 代的到来，高等教育信息化水平也将借势提升，云计算的应用 必将对教育领域产生深 刻的影 响和重要的作用力量，促进教育教学的良性发展和全面进步。具体来说，将云计算结 合到高等教育领域 ，对高等教育信息化 建设即会具有重要的理论意 义和实践价值。基于此，如何将云计算应 用到高等教育 中也已然成 为时下研 究的热点问题，本文将对此展开如下分析与论述。

1云计算和云存储的概念和特点
