奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓形成的疗效研究

【摘要】目的 探究脑血栓患者采用奥扎格雷钠治疗的方法和效果。方法 选取2014年9月～2015年11月收治的62例脑血栓患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组33例患者给予奥扎格雷钠的治疗，对照组29例患者接受常规治疗，比较患者的治疗效果。结果 实验组患者治疗有效率为96．97%，对照组患者治疗有效率为79．31%。实验组患者得到更加显著的身体变化（P＜0．05）。结论 脑血栓患者采用奥扎格雷钠治疗，疗效显著，起效快，很少有不良反应，安全性较高，改善神经功能的缺损情况以及血流指标。

Objective Treatment method and its effect of ozagrel sodium for cerebral thrombosis are to be studied． Methods Chose 62 patients

of cerebral thrombosis who were treated in hospital from September 2014 to November 2015 and separated them into two groups at random，33 patients in study group were given ozagrel sodium treatment，while another 29 patients in control group were given conventional treatment and then compared treatment effects between two groups． Results Patients’ treatment efficacy in study group was 96．97%，while treatment efficacy in control group was 79．31% and patients’ improvements in study group were much more favorable compared to that in control group（P＜0．05）． Conclusion Ozagrel sodium is quite effective in treatment of cerebral thrombosis，it is fast to take into effect with few side effects and higher safety and it is conducive to improving patients’ neurological deficits and blood circulation parameters．

神经内科中脑血栓属于常见疾病，在颅内外供应的脑部动脉血管壁上有病理性的改变下，血液增加粘稠度、血流缓慢或者血液成分出现改变，形成血栓，会造成血管闭塞［1］。该类患者若得不到及时有效的治疗，会有较高的致残率和死亡率，对患者生命安全造成严重威胁，还会导致脑梗死，严重降低了患者的生活质量［2］。在临床治疗中，治疗药物种类较多，一定要选择疗效显著的药物。其中奥扎格雷钠的治疗较为显著。选取2014年9月～2015年11月收治的62例脑血栓患者进行治疗，观察患者的治疗效果，现报告如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

本次研究选取2014年9月～2015年11月收治的62例脑血栓患者进行治疗，实验组患者33例，男性19例，女性14例，年龄51～86岁，平均年龄（69.42±4.32）岁，基础疾病：高血压6例，糖尿病3例，冠心病2例。对照组患者29例，男性16例，女性13例，年龄52～87岁，平均年龄（69.76±4.09）岁，基础疾病：高血压5例，糖尿病3例，冠心病1例。……
