观察中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效

【摘要】目的 探讨中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法 选取2012年4月～2015年1月收治的96例过敏性紫癜患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组接受中西医结合治疗，对照组接受西医治疗，对比两组疗效。结果 肾损害、不良反应及并发症等情况发生率观察组低于对照组患者（P＜0.05）；治疗总有效率（95.83%）高于对照组患者（77.08%），比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜具有良好的临床疗效，可缩短患者各项症状好转时间，降低患者不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the combination of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of allergic purpura. Methods A total of 96 cases of allergic purpura patients randomly divided into the observation group and the control group from April 2012 to January 2015，the observation group received traditional chinese and western medicine combined treatment，control group received western medicine treatment，compared to two groups of curative effect. Results The incidence of renal damage，adverse reaction and complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group（P＜0.05），total effective rate（95.83%）was significantly higher than that of the control group patients（77.08%），the difference was significant（P＜ 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of traditional chinese and western medicine treatment of allergic purpura has good clinical curative effect，can significantly shorten the time of improvement of the symptoms of patients，reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.

过敏性紫癜为临床较为常见的一种系统性血管免疫疾病，多以下肢对称性分布紫癜为主要临床表现［1-2］，对患者正常的工作与生活造成严重影响，严重可对患者脏器造成损害［3-4］。本研究选取了我院2012年4月～2015年1月收治的96例过敏性紫癜患者为研究对象，对部分患者采取了中西医结合的治疗方法，取得了令人满意的临床疗效。现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

以我院2012年4月～2015年1月收治的96例过敏性紫癜患者为对象，按照随机法将患者平均分为观察组和对照组，观察组48例，男23例，女25例，年龄4～42岁，平均年龄（10.83±16.79）岁；对照组48例，男21例，女27例，年龄4～43岁，平均年龄（10.96±16.81）岁。两组患者性别、年龄等一般资料之间的比较差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 方法

对照组：口服扑尔敏，4 mg/次，3次/d；2 g维生素C、10 mg地塞米松注射液分别与500 ml的5%葡萄糖注射液混合，静脉滴注，1次/d。……
