脑心通胶囊联合奥扎格雷钠治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死的疗效分析

【摘要】目的 探究脑心通胶囊联合奥扎格雷钠治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死的疗效。方法 选取我院近年来收治的62例糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者，按照随机抽签方式分成观察组和对照组。观察组通过脑心通胶囊、奥扎格雷钠联合治疗，对照组给予单存奥扎格雷治疗，对比两组临床疗效。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率93.55%，对照组的治疗总有效率77.41%，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。治疗前、后，两组神经功能缺损程度、凝血指标进行比较，P＜0.05。结论 糖尿病合并脑梗塞，经脑心通胶囊联合奥扎格雷钠治疗，临床效果较好，具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To explore the heart failure capsule joint of oared sodium curative effect for the treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction. Methods Select our hospital in recent years treated 62 cases of diabetic patients with cerebral infarction，according to the random lottery were divided into observation group and control group. Observation group by heart failure capsule，of oared sodium combined treatment，the control group given single to save oared sodium treatment，compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results Treatment group total effectiveness 93.55%，control group total effective rate of 77.41%，the difference is statistically significant，P＜ 0.05. Before and after treatment，two groups of nerve function defect degree，coagulation index comparison，P＜ 0.05. Conclusion Diabetic cerebral infarction，heart failure capsule joint of oared sodium treatment，clinical effect is good，has the important clinical value.

随着人们生活水平的提高，生活、饮食习惯均发生较大变化，这也是导致糖尿病发病率提高的主要原因［1］。而脑梗死，属于糖尿病中比较严重的合并症，发病率、病残率、病死率均非常高。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

选取我院近年来收治的62例糖尿病合并脑梗死患者，实行回顾性分析，所有患者均通过卫生组织对糖尿病合并脑梗死的诊断标准，经MRI/CT确诊［2］。随机分成观察组和对照组，各31例。观察组男22例，女9例；年龄50～82岁，平均年龄（66.6±4.5）岁；病程6 h～3 d，平均（1.7±0.3）d。对照组男20例，女11例；年龄52～82岁，平均（67.4±4.6）岁；病程6 h～4 d，平均（2.2±0.4）d。两组一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义，P＞0.05，具有可比性。

1.2 治疗方法

对照组通过奥扎格雷钠治疗，每日2次，每次80 ml，联合0.9%的氯化钠注射液，治疗的时间为2周。……
