观察连续性血液净化在治疗糖尿病乳酸酸中毒中的应用

【摘要】目的 观察连续性血液净化在治疗糖尿病乳酸酸中毒中的应用价值。方法 抽取我院2014年1月～2016年1月收治的糖尿病乳酸酸中毒患者42例，对照组正常治疗，观察组采用连续血液净化治疗，分析两组治疗疗效。结果 观察组治疗后Clac、pH值及CO2CP等水平下降程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 连续性血液净化治疗糖尿病乳酸酸中毒的效果确切。

Objective To observe the application value of continuous blood purification in the treatment of diabetic lactic acidosis. Methods 42 cases of diabetic lactic acidosis were selected from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital，the control group was treated with normal treatment，the observation group was treated with continuous blood purification therapy，and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results The levels of Clac，pH and CO2CP in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P＜ 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of diabetic lactic acidosis is accurate and can be extended.

糖尿病乳酸性酸中毒是糖尿病的并发症，该病在临床上较为少见，但其病死率较高，约为50%～80%［1-2］。当前，临床上对于糖尿病乳酸性酸中毒的治疗多采用的是内科综合治疗，但其疗效不太理想。本文主要研究连续性血液净化治疗糖尿病乳酸酸中毒的临床效果，并作如下报道：

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料

数字随机法抽取我院2014年1月～2016年1月收治的42例糖尿病乳酸酸中毒患者，根据不同治疗方法进行分组，其中，行常规治疗的21例为对照组，该组男性13例，女性8例；患者年龄为57～82岁，平均年龄（63±2.15）岁；另行连续性血液净化治疗的21例为观察组，该组男性12例，女性9例；患者年龄为56～81岁，平均年龄（62±1.32）岁。两组临床资料对比差异无统计学的意义（P＞0.05），可作下一步分析。

1.2 治疗方法

两组患者入院后均行常规综合治疗，包括：维持水电解质及酸碱平衡、机械通气及气管插管、控制血糖、血管活性药以及营养支持等；观察组则联合连续性血液净化治疗，设备……
