摘 要 课后兴趣班也是课余体育活动的一个重要组成部分，且是学校体育的内容之一，校园乒乓球运动兴趣班的推广是很有必要的。本文主要对武汉市城区中小学乒乓球课后兴趣班的开展现状（包括学生的参与情况、教练员情况和场地设施与经费的投入等）进行研究，在此基础上总结得出在城区中小学推广乒乓球课后兴趣班的可行性和有效对策，从理论层面给城区中小学学生的课余体育活动的开展提供一些可行的建议，为青少年终身体育意识的形成奠定基础。

After-school Table Tennis Interest Groups

Abstract After-school sports activities after school interest groups is an important part of school sports and is one of the elements， and campus interest groups to promote table tennis is necessary. Wuhan City after-school interest groups of primary and secondary schools table tennis Current Situation In this paper （including student participation， coaches circumstances， venues and facilities and investment funds， etc.） study， based on primary and secondary schools in urban areas are summarized stars feasibility and effective measures to promote table tennis after-school interest groups， from the theoretical level to the urban primary and secondary students in extracurricular sports activities to carry out some practical advice， to lay the foundation for the formation of adolescent lifelong sports consciousness.

针对我国近年来青少年体质下降，教育部门和体育部门几番出台政策加以改善，中小学主要任务是“加强体育课和课外锻炼”，作为我国国球的乒乓球是中小学体育教学内容之一，在课后开展乒乓球兴趣班的举措一方面可以加强学生的课外锻炼，提高青少年的身心健康，培养终身体育意识，另一方面可以丰富学生的生活，学校逐渐形成特色体育项目。武汉市的中小学乒乓球课后兴趣班已经有一定的开展基础了，但这些小型的兴趣班存在着无计划、无组织的散落状态，而现如今的武汉市体育发展逐渐走向整体统一化，经济水平提高，面对这样的优势，武汉市的中小学吸取早先开展了课后兴趣班的学校的经验，在全武汉市的中小学大力推广乒乓球课后兴趣班。
