摘 要 广州是我国重要的汽车产业基地，需要大量职业化、专业化的汽车维修服务人才。通过实地调研了解广州地区汽修人才现状，企业对汽修专业人才知识、能力、素质的要求、企业对校企合作的需求、意愿等信息，分析汽车维修行业的发展趋势，科学定位高职汽修专业人才培养目标与人才培养层次，为下一步技能人才培养模式改革、一体化课程开发以及进行深度的校企合作提供科学的依据和有效的帮助，使所培养的人才与企业实现零距离对接。

Abstract Guangzhou is China's major automobile industry base， requires a lot of professional and specialized automotive service personnel. Through field research to understand the current situation in Guangzhou aftermarket personnel， business professionals aftermarket knowledge， ability and quality requirements， business needs for school-enterprise cooperation， willingness and other information， analyze trends in the automotive repair industry， scientific orientation Higher gasoline repair of professional training objectives and personnel training level， provide a scientific basis and effective help for further skills training model of reform， curriculum development and in-depth integration of school-enterprise cooperation， so that the training of personnel and enterprises docking zero.

广州是我国重要的汽车产业基地，自1998年本田汽车入驻广州至今，17年间广州构筑形成了“三大基地、六大板块”的广州汽车产业集群发展的空间格局和以广州为中心的珠三角汽车零部件产业圈。汽车检测与维修专业是培养面向汽车后市场生产领域的企事业单位，从事现代汽车检测、维修、服务和管理等工作，具有职业岗位（群）所需的基础知识及专业技能，并具有较强综合职业能力的高素质技能型专门人才。本项目组通过实地调研，了解广州地区汽修人才现状，企业对汽修专业人才知识、能力、素质的要求、企业对校企合作的需求、意愿等信息，分析汽车维修行业的发展趋势，科学定位高职汽修专业人才培养目标与人才培养层次，为下一步汽修专业技能人才培养模式改革、一体化课程开发以及进行深度的校企合作提供科学的依据和有效的帮助，使汽修专业培养的人才更符合用人企业的要求，与企业实现零距离对接。……
