摘 要 高校扩招以来，在校大学生数量不断增加，大学生的心理呈现出多样化、复杂化的特点。在恋爱心理方面，他们的恋爱动机复杂多样，恋爱观念日趋开放，恋爱压力不断增强，已经对他们的生活和成长造成了很大的影响，引发出不少心理问题，严重的甚至威胁到人身安全和身心健康成长。为了帮助大学生树立健康的恋爱观，正确处理恋爱与学习、生活的矛盾和问题，加强对他们恋爱的正确引导和教育刻不容缓。

Love and its Educational Strategies

Abstract Since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities， the number of college students has been increasing， and the psychological characteristics of college students are diversified and complex. In the psychological aspects of love， their love motivation is complex， the concept of love is more and more open， the pressure of love has been enhanced， has caused a great impact on their lives and growth， causing many psychological problems， serious and even threatening the personal safety and physical and mental health. In order to help college students establish a healthy love outlook， correctly deal with the contradictions and problems of love and learning， life， strengthen the correct guidance and education to their love without delay.

随着社会发展的不断变化、社会生活的日益丰富等诸多因素，当代大学生的心理发生了很大的变化。正确认识、了解、处理当代大学生的恋爱现象，把握正确的恋爱行为，形成正确的恋爱心理，引导他们正确处理感情与学业、生活的关系，提出切实可行的教育策略，是高校及教育者们所关注的重要问题。

1 大学生恋爱心理的调查实状况及分析

本次研究采用调查问卷的形式调查了沈阳航空航天大学、沈阳师范大学、沈阳医学院和辽宁大学四所学校的500名大学生。发放问卷500份，收回494份，有效问卷486份，有效回收率97.2%。调查学生中男生236人，所占比例为48.56%，女生250人，比例为51.44%；文科学生271人，比例55.76%，理工科学生215人，比例为44.24%；农村学生241人，比例49.59%，城镇学生245人，比例50.41%。

在实地调查的基础上，制作了调查问卷。问卷包含恋爱认知、恋爱动机、恋爱方式等内容，共30个问题。内容包括年级，性别，文理科生等。……
