摘 要 大学生社会实践活动作为思政教育的重要环节，引起了各阶层的高度重视，而在对实践能力要求更为苛刻的高等职业教育领域，更需要且应当发挥社会实践的育人作用，提升高职学生的实践能力和职业素养。社会兼职作为目前高职生最感兴趣的社会实践活动，可以让高职学生提前了解职业、了解行业、了解社会分工，对于自身实践能力的提高、找寻合适的职业发展道路、提升就业率，都是非常好的途径。

Abstract Social practice of college students as an important part of political education， caused great attention of all sectors， and in the ability to practice more demanding of higher vocational education， and more education needed and should play a role in social practice， improve vocational students' practical ability and professionalism. Social work as the current social practice of vocational students are most interested in， allowing students to advance understanding of vocational career， understand the industry to understand the social division of labor， the ability to improve their own practice， to find the right career path development， improve the employment rate， it is a very good way.

社会实践活动是引导学生走出校门、接触社会、了解社会形势，使理论和实践相结合的良好形式，是培养锻炼才干的重要渠道。大学生社会实践活动得到国家政府学校的支持，已经迈入了一条健康良性的发展道路，学校方构建了有效的组织、指导、监督、评价系统，甚至将社会实践纳入了课程体系，作为专业课程的考核环节，其重视程度可见一斑。而在高职院校，由于学制短，学校安排了充分的专业实习环节，故而对社会实践的重视度和组织落实上，都缺乏力度和效度。基于我国国情，纵观高职院校的发展，结合高职生的自身现状，倘若社会实践活动能够得到有价值的开展，那么，无论对于高职学生的自身发展、高职院校的整体地位提升，中国职业教育的发展，都是大有裨益的。

1 高职生社会实践的必要性和重要性

1950年10月，教育部《關于高等学校政治课教学方针、组织与方法的几项原则》将大学生社会实践活动正式纳入教学计划，其定位在为人民服务，自此，大学生社会实践进入探索起步阶段。……
