护理干预措施对糖尿病视网膜病变患者日常生活质量的影响

[摘要]目的探讨分析对糖尿病视网膜病变患者行护理干预给患者生活质量带来的影响。方法整群选取2012年1月—2014年12月该院收治的107例糖尿病视网膜病变患者，随机分为两组，其中常规组53例，患者仅行常规治疗及基础护理；护理组54例，患者在常规治疗与护理基础上有针对性的行系统护理干预。记录并比较两组患者的空腹血糖（FBG）均值和餐后2 h血糖（2 hPG）均值，再以“低视力者生活质量量表（中文版）”对两组患者的生活质量进行评分，对比研究两组临床数据。结果护理组患者FBG和2 hPG值对比常规组明显偏低，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理组患者社交能力增强，精神状态明显改善，量表评分高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论系统科学的给予糖尿病视网膜病变患者护理干预能够有效促进患者康复，提高其日常生活质量，值得临床推广。

Abstract[]Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods 107 cases with diabetic retinopathy admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the conventional group (53 cases) and the nursing group (54 cases).Patients in the conventional group were given the conventional treatment and basic nursing, and those in the nursing group were given the targeted systematic nursing intervention based on the conventional treatment and basic nursing.The mean level of fasting blood glucose (FBG) and 2-hour postprandial glucose (2 hPG) of the two groups was recorded and compared.And the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire (Chinese version).And the clinical data of the two groups were compared and studied.Results Compared with the conventional group, the levels of FBG and 2 hPG were much lower in the nursing group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group, the social ability increased and mental status improved more significantly and the scores of Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire were much higher in the nursing group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic retinopathy, systematic and scientific nursing intervention can effectively promote the rehabilitation, improve the quality of life, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
