摘 要：精细化管理是决定未来企业竞争成败的关键。企业要实现组织战略清晰化、内部管理规范化、资源效益最大化，必须从小事做起，把小事做精，把细节做亮，精益求精。精细化管理将人本的作用充分发挥，从人的意识、观念、行为、准则等方方面面加以规范；以最大限度地减少管理所占用的资源和降低管理成本为主要目标，是追求完美和实现卓越的过程；从制定计划目标开始就要遵循细化的原则，对内明确好分工协作、理顺好各个环节的连接与配合；以信息化增强执行力，全面推动精细化管理扎实有效实施。

Abstract：Delicacy Management is the key to decide the future enterprise competition success or failure.Enterprises to achieve organizational strategic motivation，internal management standardization，resource benefit maximization，must starts from the minor matter， to do the little things，do the details brightly，constantly strive for excellence.Delicacy Management give full play to the function of the humanistic from the consciousness of people，such as ideas，behavior and rules to normalize all aspects；To minimize management occupy the resources and the low management cost as the main target，is a process of pursuit of perfection and achieve excellence；Starting from the planning target shall follow the principle of refining，internally clear good collaboration，the straightening out each link of the connection and cooperation；To enhance the execution by informationization，comprehensively promote the elaborating management solid effective implementation.

“言治骨角者，既切之而復磋之；治玉石者，既琢之而复磨之，治之已精，而益求其精也。”对企业来说，精益求精可谓是重中之重。“业精于勤而荒于嬉”，在企业的生存发展过程中，每个层次、每个步骤、每个环节都与精益求精有着不能割舍的联系，特别是延伸到管理之中，精益求精将管理的程度更加升华，形成了精细化管理。在现代企业发展中，越来越多的企业和个人都意识到细节的重要，都认识到把管理或工作做精做细的重要性，“精细”已经成为发展最重要的表现形式，精细化管理也成为决定未来企业竞争成败的关键。汤姆·彼德斯说过：“对于每一个成功的企业和个人来说，轰轰烈烈的成功时刻往往是短短的一瞬间，而默默地埋头于细节却贯穿于整个过程之中。……
