摘要在相关文献综述的基础上，结合课题组前期研究与实地调查工作经验，构建了西藏乡村旅游目的地农牧民幸福指数测评指标体系。运用德尔菲技术确定了测评指标准则层、领域层、测评指标层的指标；进一步运用层次分析法（AHP）技术对测评指标体系进行了处理，确定了不同层次指标的权重。以西藏农业生态景观型乡村旅游目的地的代表——昌都地区芒康县盐井纳西民族乡为研究个案，对其乡村旅游目的地社区农民进行了问卷调查与访谈调查，并获得了原始数据。在此基础上对数据进行统计分析，得出该乡乡村旅游目的地社区农民的幸福指数为0.736，并进一步分析了构成该情况的主要影响因素，旨在从微观角度丰富乡村旅游目的地农牧民幸福指数测评研究。

Evaluation on Happiness Index of Farmers and Herdsmen in Agricultural Ecological Landscape in Tibet—A Case Study of Naxi Ethnic Townships， Mangkang County， Changdu Region

AbstractEvaluational index system of farmers and herdsmens happiness in rural tourism destination was established based on review of related literature and previous work experience from research and the fieldwork. Delphi technique was applied to establish indicators of domain layer， criterion layer and evaluational layer of the index， what is more， the weight of different levels was defined by using Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）. Original data were acquired on account of interview and questionnaire survey with farmers in Naxi Ethnic Townships， which also called Yanjing by local people. The follow-up work was the data statistical analysis， and finally the result of happiness index of farmers and herdsmen was concluded， which was 0.736， and main influencing factors were analyzed， aiming at enriching the study of farmers and herdsmens happiness index from microscopic aspect.

1问题的提出与文献综述

幸福指数是衡量国民幸福感和生活满意度的一项重要指标，具有主观性色彩；同时幸福指数也是监测国家宏观经济良性运行、表征地区经济系统和谐发展的一项新兴指标，因而幸福指数也具有客观性属性。前期的相关研究多集中在幸福指数的主观性方面，学术界近年来不少学者开始重视幸福指数客观性与主观性的二重属性方面的研究，相关报道逐渐增多。且国内外相关研究中定量分析的报道逐渐涌现，一些定量研究技术得到了应用。……
