摘 要 安防应急是近年来迅速发展的一个新兴产业，对工程技术人才需求的缺口大，向安防企业输送合格的多媒体安防方向的工程技术人才是从事相关人才培养和科学研究机构一项重要的使命。本文结合武汉大学国家多媒体软件工程技术研究中心的高级工程技术人才培养实践，探讨满足企业需求的工程技术人才的多层次培养模式和有效举措。

On Multimedia Security Direction Engineering and

Technical Personnel Training Mechanism

Abstract Surveillance and security protection industry is an emerging one， which has developed rapidly in recent years. There is a large gap for demands for engineering talents in this industry. It is an important mission to deliver qualified talents majoring in multimedia security to security companies for the institutions engaged in personnel training and scientific research. On the basis of the senior engineering and technical personnel training practices in National Multimedia Software Engineering Research Center at Wuhan University， this paper explores multi-level training schemes and effective measures as well， which are capable to meet talent needs of enterprises.

我国目前安防行业内企业有近3万家，从业人员超百万，行业总产值近3000亿元，是一个庞大的产业体系。安防行业的年增长率一直保持在18%以上，有报告调查显示，①到2015年我国安防行业的总产值将达到5000亿，整个行业未来的发展空间仍然很大。但是目前安防行业学历教育明显滞后安防行业发展。据中国安防行业协会预算，②今后3至5年我国从事安防工程、安防应用和安防服务的新型安防技术人才需求将达到80万至100万人，而目前能够满足需求的安防科技人才还不足15万人，并且每年专业技术人才需求的增长率将超过10%以上。

安防行业属于知识和技术密集型行业，③对人才的专业性要求较高，安防技术研发人才必须经过严格的、系统的专业教育，因此学历教育是安防行业专业技术人才，特别是有创新研发能力的技术人才培养的必要基础。武汉大学国家多媒体软件工程技术研究中心（以下简称“中心”）是我国重要的多媒体与安防人才培养基地。……
