摘 要 随着知识经济时代的到来，社会发展需要学会学习、终身学习的人才，大学生是国家建设和民族振兴的主力军，然而目前大学生的自主学习能力普遍较低，这需要学校、教师和学生本人共同努力，通过改变教学模式，激发学习兴趣；制定学习计划，加强监督检查；完善服务体系，营造自主学习环境；注重学习策略，培养自主学习能力来使大学生满足社会和高等教育的需要。

On Current Situation of College Students' Autonomous

Learning Ability and Training Approaches

Abstract With the advent of the era of knowledge economy， social development and need to learn to learn， lifelong learning professionals， college students are nation-building and national rejuvenation of the main force， but current students self-learning ability is generally low， which requires schools， teachers and students themselves together efforts by changing the teaching model， to stimulate interest in learning； develop a learning plan， strengthen supervision and inspection； perfect service system， creating a self-learning environment； focus on learning strategies to cultivate self-learning ability so that students meet the needs of the community and higher education.

自主学习是以学生为主体的学习方式，是独立学习、终身学习的一种能力，不仅可以提高学习效率，促进素质教育的实施，还是个体发展和社会进步的需要，大学生必须具备自主学习的能力。

1 大学生培养自主学习能力的重要意义

1.1 社会发展的需要

如今社会日新月异，科技飞速发展，知识迅速更新，如果大学生进入社会不能很好地适应社会，就会被时代所淘汰。只有通过培养自主学习、自主探究的能力，提高核心竞争力，才能在毕业后自觉高效学习，适应未来复杂的信息社会。

1.2 高等教育的需要

高等教育是要培养具有良好的思想品德和职业道德，较广泛的社会科学知识，较宽厚的专业基础，较熟练的专业实践能力的专门人才。在大学是以学习专业知识和专业技能为主，老师在课堂上只是讲授重点、难点、疑点，起到指导的作用，大部分的知识还需要学生在课后去学习、理解、掌握、消化、运用、研究、探索，这需要大学生的学习有独立性、自主性、创造性。……
