摘 要 教师的专业化是教师教学水平的基础，专业化的培训是帮助教师提高专业化水平的有效方式。在“国培计划”和课改的推动下，教师的专业化培训也需要进一步的改革和发展。本文提出了建立完整的系统化培训框架、完善以教师为主的培训模式以及创新专业化培训的管理方式这三个主要思路，希望能够对综合改革的方向有所启示。

Comprehensive Reform of Teacher Training Based on Professionalization

Abstract Teachers' specialization is the basis of the level of teaching and professional training to help teachers improve the professional level of the effective way. Under the "national training program" to promote and curriculum， teacher professional training also needs further reform and development. This paper proposed the establishment of a complete systematic training framework； improve teacher training model based on professionalization training and innovative management style of these three main ideas， hoping to have implications for the direction of comprehensive reform.

教师的专业化发展是当今教育改革和发展的热点问题，对正在进行的基础教育课程改革具有很大的促进作用。自2009年开始，我国开始实行“国培计划”，教师培训专业化开始受到重视，国家对教师培训的投入进一步加大，专业化的培训成为了教师培训的主要方向。在现阶段，如何促进专业化教师培训的改革和进一步发展成为了研究重点。本文通过对教师专业化培训一些基本概念进行阐述，进而深入讨论专业化教师培训综合改革的思路和方向。

1 专业化的教师培训

1.1 教师培训及其专业化特点

根据对教师培训本质和特点总结，余新将教师培训定义为：为了使教师适应教育改革的发展和需要，实现教师和学校的双重发展，有计划、有目标地组织教师参加与教学相关的培训活动，其中，培训重点集中在改进和发展教师的专业知识、技能、态度以及工作行为上。专业化作为教师培训的一个方向和侧重点，具有其自己的实质性内容和特点。……
