摘 要 独立学院是伴随我国高等教育从“精英化”转向“大众化”的进程发展起来的。相较于普通本科院校，独立学院学生在思想、行为等方面具有独特的特点。研究独立学院学生的特点，探讨独立学院的学生教育和管理策略，对于促进独立学院和我国高等教育的发展起着十分重要的作用。

Independent College Students' Characteristics Analysis and

Educational Management Strategies

Abstract Independent College of Higher Education developed accompanied from the "elite" to "mass" process. Compared to ordinary colleges and universities， independent college student has unique characteristics in terms of thinking and behavior. Research on the characteristics of independent college students and discussing student education and management strategies of Independent Colleges， has a very important role in promoting the development of China's higher education and independent colleges.

1 独立学院学生的特点分析

（1）文化基础总体偏差。较普通本科院校而言，被独立学院招收录取的学生高考分数较低，学生文化基础大多不好，对于基础知识的掌握水平较低，在中学没有养成良好的学习习惯，学习态度不端正，对基础文化学习不够重视，而且有畏难的情绪，认为通过学习也难以掌握，对常规性的教学具有抵触的心态。

（2）缺乏学习自觉性与自律性。独立学院大部分学生头脑灵活、思维活跃，在语言表达、展现自我等方面都有较好的基础。而且独立学院学生大多来自城镇独生子女家庭，家庭经济状况一般比较优越，很多人从小被溺爱。这些因素导致不少学生养成了不思进取、得过且过的不良习惯，学习的自觉性和自律性比较差，缺乏自我管理和自我约束能力，也缺乏主动学习的恒心和毅力。

（3）依赖心理较重，缺乏合作意识。独立学院的大多數学生家庭经济条件较好，在经济方面主要依赖家长，自身感受不到学费、生活费及日常开支的压力；在校学习和生活期间，自律和自理能力较差，大多依赖老师和同学，遇到事情总想寻求本人帮助，主动解决事情的能力较弱。……
