摘 要 大学生党员群体是未来党和国家人才、干部的重要保证，加强大学生党员的教育培训工作，为社会主义事业培养优秀的建设者和接班人，是高校党组织的根本任务和使命。新时期，国际、国内形势的深刻变化以及科学技术的迅速发展给大学生党员的教育培训带来了诸多新的困难和问题，高校党员的教育培训正面临新的挑战。因此，本文对高校党员的教育培训进行探讨。

Abstract Students party members are important guarantee of the future of the party and state personnel, cadres, strengthening education and training of student party members, and train outstanding builders and successors for the socialist cause is a fundamental task and mission of the college party organizations. A new period of international and domestic situation of profound changes and the rapid development of science and technology education and training of student party members to bring many new difficulties and problems in the education of party members training in colleges and universities are facing new challenges. Therefore, this article is to explore the education and training of the college party members.

新时期，国际、国内形势的深刻变化以及科学技术的迅速发展给大学生党员的教育管理带来了诸多新的困难和问题，高校党员的教育管理正面临新的挑战。因此，在新世纪，切实加强大学生党员的教育培训工作，改进教育方法，增强教育的针对性和实效性，培养优秀的社会主义建设者和接班人，对高校党组织来说，是一项十分迫切和必要的任务。

1 高校党员教育培训工作的现状分析

多年来，国内各高校在党员的教育培训工作中做出了许多积极的探索和努力，取得了显著的成效。教育培训使大学生党员对党的认识进一步明晰，党性也明显增强。事实证明，高校的党建工作确实取得了长足的发展。但是我们也应当看到，高校党员的教育培训工作中仍存在着一些问题。

1.1 轻视教育培训

目前，在高校党建工作中仍存在只注重党员发展而轻视教育培训的现象，有些高校党组织对大学生党员的教育培训工作没有深刻的认识，不够重视，也没有采取积极有效的措施，因而影响到了大学生党员的整体质量。……
