摘 要 本文以目前教学改革中存在的一些问题为出发点，阐述了教学改革的发展现状、忽略教学结构改革的根源和后果，对教学改革中存在的问题做了深入的分析，围绕这些问题提出改革的目标及解决的措施。并通过这些分析论述了运用现代教育技术构建新型教学结构的一些观点。

Abstract This paper starts from the problems in teaching reform at present, described the development status quo of the teaching reform, the root causes and consequences of ignoring teaching structural reform, for the problems in the teaching reform, to do the in-depth analysis, on these issues put forward the reform of the target measures and solutions: To create a structure to the information technology and curriculum integration of a new kind of teaching. Through these analysis, discusses the use of modern educational technology to build some of the points of the new teaching structure.

1 目前教学改革存在的问题

1.1 忽视“教学结构”的改革

近年来，我国的教学改革在各个方面工作做了很多，也相应的取得了一定的成绩。但是，整个教学改革的进度并没有很大的突破。究其主要原因，存在于以下几个方面：（1）教学改革只注重教学手段和内容的改革；（2）忽视了教学结构的改革。

教学结构是指在一定的教育思想、教学以及学习理论的指导下，在一定的环境中展开的教学活动进程的稳定结构形式，是教学系统四个组成要素（教室、学生、教材和教学媒体）互相联系，互相作用的具体体现，①是一个有机整体。②由此可以看出，信息化教学相比较传统教学而言，增加了教学媒体这样一个重要的要素。

以教师为中心的教学进程结构是由以下几个板块构成：（1）教师通过演讲、板书、演示的方法传输给学生知识。（2）在整个教学过程中，教师是控制者，学生是接受者。在这种结构中，教师扮演的角色是施教者，学生则扮演的是被动接受者的角色。教师灌输给学生内容是教材，教师用于教学的工具是媒体。……
