【摘要】班主任管理是一个繁琐的系统工程,千头万绪,方法千差万别,但都是对人的管理,这个阶段的人,正是长身体长知识的关键时期,对他们今后的发展甚至一生都至关重要。关注他们的健康成长,是我们每个人义不容辞的责任,也是义不容辞的义务。为此,在班级管理中,要建立和谐的民主制度,让学生实行自我管理,懂得赏识别人,学会换位思考,对待别人要公正、合理,以德服人,学会合作,在集体中健康成长。

【Abstract】The teacher in charge management is a tedious systems engineering, complicated, the method is infinitely varied, but is to person's management, this stage's person, is precisely the crucial phase which the long body gains knowledge, is even very important to their present's development life. Pays attention to their healthy development, is our each person's bounden responsibility, is also the bounden duty. Therefore, in the class and grade manages, must establish the harmonious democratic system, lets the student implement the self-control, understands recognizes others, the academic society conversion ponder, treats others to be fair, be reasonable, wins popular support with kindness, academic society cooperation, in collective healthy development.

班主任老师都知道,班主任工作是一项复杂的系统工作,面对的是一群活生生的人,他们有自己的尊严、思想、行为、情感和性格,也有着强烈爱憎。而班主任的班级管理更是千头万绪,工作方法千差万别,形势和任务又在千变万化。面对形形色色充满个性的学生,我们只有用爱心,耐心,恒心去教育。俗话说:“百人百姓百脾气,” 同一棵树上不会有两片相同的叶子,在这个世界上也不会有两个完全相同的人。面对这样的一群人,我们怎样实行有效的管理呢?我根据自己多年的班主任工作,粗浅地谈几点看法,供大家参考:

1.以生为本、自主管理

以“以生为本、自主管理”为理念组建班委。好的班委对班集体的形成和促进班级工作能起到相当重要的作用,班主任要以一个开拓者的行为大胆地去选拔班干部,特别是班长,要找一个组织能力、管理能力较强的、有责任心的人来干并组建自己的班委团队。……
