摘  要：青年群体的成长成才历来都受到党和国家高度重视，榜样教育助力高校思想政治教育，切实有效丰富青年培育方式方法。融媒体赋能高校思想政治教育，突破传统的思想政治教育模式，为当前高校榜样教育带来新的发展活力与困境。新形势下，提升榜样教育成效应充分利用融媒体，从榜样选树、榜样教育模式、榜样教育机制、榜样教育环境和榜样教育队伍五个方面着力，将融媒体与榜样教育全面融合，让榜样精神深入人心，让榜样力量更好地服务于中国特色社会主义精神文明建设。

Abstract： The growth and development of young people have always been highly valued by the Party and the state. Role model education helps ideological and political education in universities and effectively enriches the ways and methods of youth cultivation. Integrated media empowers ideological and political education in universities， breaking through traditional models of ideological and political education and bringing new development vitality and challenges to current model education in universities.In the new situation， we should fully utilize integrated media to enhance the effectiveness of  model education， focusing on five aspects： model selection，  model education mode，  model education mechanism， role model education environment， and model education team. We should comprehensively integrate integrated media and model education， so that the spirit of  models can deeply penetrate people's hearts and the power of  models can better serve the construction of socialist spiritual civilization with Chinese characteristics.

在党的二十大报告中，习近平总书记强调，“全党要把青年工作作为战略性工作来抓，用党的科学理论武装青年，用党的初心使命感召青年，做青年朋友的知心人、青年工作的热心人、青年群众的引路人”[1]。融媒体的革故鼎新，深刻影响着包括榜样教育在内的高校思想政治教育的教育实效。在此背景下，充分借助融媒体广大辽阔的平台，遵循思想政治教育原则，运行显性教育和隐性教育相结合的综合教育模式，大力推动高校榜样教育实现新突破。

一  融媒体时代高校榜样教育开展的新活力

习近平总书记强调：“要运用新媒体新技术使工作活起来，推动思想政治工作传统优势同信息技术高度融合，增强时代感和吸引力。[2]”融媒体，作为一种动态的新型媒体，是多功能媒体优化组合的产物，有机融合了传统媒体的可信性与新媒体的舆论性优势，呈现出媒介一体化的趋势[3]，为高校榜样教育开展带来新活力。……
