摘  要：党的二十大报告指出，要“增强党组织政治功能和组织功能”“推进以党建引领基层治理”“把基层党组织建设成为有效实现党的领导的坚强战斗堡垒”。高校教师党支部作为全面落实立德树人根本任务和促进经济社会高质量发展的排头兵，需深刻领会胸怀“国之大者”的内涵要义，以大胸襟、大情怀、大格局、大视野投身于高等教育事业创新式发展。为此，高校教师党支部需破解党建与业务“两张皮”、健全联系服务师生制度、创新学习教育工作形式、促进校企党建联动联创，多维度、多举措地在“小支部”里展现“大作为”，以高质量党建引领高等教育高质量发展，在党建创新实践中争做时代先锋。

Abstract： The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that we should "strengthen the political and organizational functions of the Party organizations"， "promote the primary-level governance led by the Party Building"， and "build the primary-level Party organizations into a strong battleground for effectively achieving the leadership of the CPC". As the vanguard of comprehensively implementing fundamental tasks of "foster character and civic virtue" and promoting the high-quality development of economy and society， teachers' Party Branches of colleges and universities should deeply understand the connotation and meaning of "the Top Priorities of the Country"， and devote themselves to the innovative development of higher education with great breadth of mind， great vision， and great horizon. To this end， teachers' Party Branches of colleges and universities should solve the "two skins" of Party Building and daily work， improve the system of contacting teachers and students， innovate the working form of learning and education， promote the joint creation of Party building between universities and firms， and show the "great achievements" in the multi-dimensional and multi-measures. In sum， it urgently needs to lead the high-quality development of higher education with high-quality Party building， and strive to be the vanguard of the times in the innovative practice of Party building.

2021年9月，习近平总书记在中央人才工作会议上强调，广大人才要继承和发扬老一辈科学家胸怀祖国、服务人民的优秀品质，心怀“国之大者”，为国分忧、为国解难、为国尽责。2022年10月，习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中也针对如何坚持胸怀天下和办好人民满意的教育作出重要指示。高校教师党支部作为全面推进教学科研、人才培养、社会服务等高等教育事业高质量发展的核心主体[1-3]，需深刻把握习近平总书记关于新时代科技工作者责任与使命的重要指示。作为新时代高校教师党支部，应在扎实推进胸怀“国之大者”党建阵地建设……
