摘  要：新冠感染疫情使全国高校开始在线教学，课程思政与在线教学协同创新成为紧迫而重要的事。其导向是以学生为主体，教师为主导，开展丰富多彩的参与式网络教学活动，使思想政治教育融入专业知识的学习中。协同创新的动力机制来自党和政府的推动、服务和监督，协同创新的组织机制来自高校党组织的高度重视和组织。其中，高校党委进行顶层设计，二级学院党委和职能处室组织实施，党支部具体贯彻执行。课程思政与在线教学协同创新是“三全育人”的要求，将大大促进思想政治教育信息化和现代化。

Abstract： The outbreak of new coronavirus has led to online teaching in universities across the country， and the collaborative innovation of curriculum ideology and politics and online teaching has become an urgent and important thing. Its guidance is to take students as the main body， teachers as the leading， and to carry out a variety of participatory network teaching activities， so that ideological and political education can be integrated into the learning of professional knowledge. The power mechanism of collaborative innovation comes from the promotion， service and supervision of the party and the government， and the organizational mechanism of collaborative innovation comes from the high attention and organization of the party organizations in universities. Among them， the Party committee of the university carries out the top-level design， the Party committee and functional departments of the secondary college organize the implementation， and the Party branch carries out the specific implementation. Collaborative innovation of curriculum ideology and politics and online teaching will greatly promote the ideological and political education information and modernization.

2020年春节，新型感染疫情席卷全国。习近平总书记指出，这次新冠肺炎疫情，是新中国成立以来在我国发生的传播速度最快、感染范围最广、防控难度最大的一次重大突发公共卫生事件。对我们来说，这是一次危机，也是一次大考[1]。的确，这次疫情给各行各业带来了不一样的冲击与考验。对于高等院校来说，那就是延期开学，停课不停教、停课不停学。从传统的面对面的课堂教学瞬间转变成了大规模基于互联网的在线教学模式，“空中课堂”成为“第一课堂”，不再是传统课堂的补充和辅助形式。仅清华大学就有3 923门课程进行在线教学，全国近3 000所高等院校开展在线教学的课程不计其数，这使课程思政面临新形势和新变化，也迎来了新的机遇和挑战。……
