摘  要：在新时代教育强国发展需求下，高校需要建设高质量教育体系，推动专业的内涵式发展。中华优秀传统文化博大精深，融入高校工科专业育人中，不仅可提高工科学生的文化素养、文化自信，增强其民族复兴的责任感和使命感，更能激发学生的创新潜能，是提升高校育人质量的有效途径。高校教师要意识到文化育己育人的时代需求，提升以文育人素养，明确融入中华优秀传统文化的育人目标及思路，提升高校“全人”育人质量。

Abstract： Under the development need of a strong country in education in new era， universities need to build a high-quality education system and to promote the connotative development of specialty. The Chinese excellent traditional culture is extensive and profound. If it is integrated into the teaching of engineering majors in colleges and universities， it can not only improve the cultural literacy and cultural confidence of engineering students， but also enhance their sense of responsibility and mission for national rejuvenation， and it can also stimulate students' innovative potential and is an effective way to improve the education quality of universities. College teachers should be aware of the needs of the times of educating themselves and student through culture， improve the literacy of educating people through culture， clarify the goals and ideas of educating people integrated into the excellent traditional Chinese culture， and improve the quality of "whole person" education in colleges and universities.

習近平总书记指出：“中华文明源远流长、博大精深，是中华民族独特的精神标识，是当代中国文化的根基，是维系全世界华人的精神纽带，也是中国文化创新的宝藏。”要坚持以文化人、以文育人，结合时代特点，提炼适合自身修养和升华的传统文化精华。新时代大学生更需要熟知中华优秀传统文化理念与价值，增强文化使命感，坚定文化自信。目前高校在育人和优秀传统文化融合过程中存在认识、机制和手段等多重困境，普遍存在偏重知识，忽视心灵和人格修养，学生的品性、人文素养难以提升，创造力、想象力也难以激发[1]；对文化育人价值认识不足，缺少针对性的融入机制和手段等问题。这首先需要教师意识到新时代文化育己育人的必要性，自觉学习中华优秀传统文化的核心理念及智慧，提升自身文化素养并进行以文育人学术的研究与实践。……
