摘  要：马克思主义政治经济学是经济学专业的一门基础课，也因为其理论性强，专业术语的抽象，而让很多学生在学习中感到困难和存在畏难情绪，这种情况在应用型本科高校的教学环节中表现更加明显。该文基于一流课程建设的“两性一度”内在要求，结合应用型本科高校能力培养的实际，从课程内容的模块化改造，教学方法的技术性升级，教学方式上的学生有机融入等角度来分析该课程的一流化建设。

Abstract： Marxist Political Economics is a fundamental course in the field of economics. Due to its strong theoretical nature and abstract professional terminology. It makes many students feel difficult and fearful in learning. This situation is more evident in the teaching process of application-oriented undergraduate universities. This article is based on the inherent requirement of "gender equality" in the construction of first-class courses， combined with the actual ability cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate universities. We transforms the content from a modular perspective， and analyze the first-class construction of this course from the perspectives of technological upgrading of teaching methods and organic integration of students in teaching methods.

教育部早在2019年就印發了《教育部关于一流本科课程建设的实施意见》，教育部随后实施了一流本科课程建设的“双万计划”，即在2019—2021年间建设和认定万门左右国家级一流本科课程和万门左右省级一流本科课程。在省级层面也是加快了一流课程建设的步伐，例如安徽省在2019年3月就提出要在全省高校建设一批线上、线下、线上线下混合、虚拟仿真、社会实践等五类一流课程。这里的一流课程建设也就是我们俗称的“金课”建设，而对于如何认定为“金课”建设的标准，说法有很多，目前普遍认可的是时任教育部高教司吴岩司长的“两性一度”指标，即高阶性、创新性和挑战度。如何将一流课程建设落实到一门门具体的课程上？由于实施对象的差异性和课程自身的差异性都会带来建设内容的差异，本文以应用型本科高校的马克思主义政治经济学课程为建设对象来分析如何进行建设。……
