【摘 要】目的 探究临床路径护理在不对称双眼皮整形修复中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年12月-2022年12月于在我院接受不对称双眼皮整形修复术治疗的78例患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组及试验组，各39例。对照组予以常规护理，试验组予以临床护理路径，比较两组护理满意度、并发症发生情况、负性情绪、炎症因子水平以及护理配合度。结果 试验组护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组护理后负性情绪评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组护理后炎症因子水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组护理配合度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 临床护理路径应用于不对称双眼皮修复手术中的效果突出，可提高护理满意度，降低并发症发生率，改善患者炎性因子水平，缓解患者不良情绪，提高患者配合度，值得临床应用。

Application of Clinical Pathway Nursing in Asymmetric Double Eyelid Plastic Surgery

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway nursing in patients with asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery and repair. Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group， with 39 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the experimental group was given clinical nursing pathway. The nursing satisfaction， complications， negative emotions， inflammatory factor levels and nursing cooperation were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The negative emotion scores of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The level of inflammatory factors in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The nursing cooperation degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in asymmetric double eyelid repair surgery is effective， which can improve nursing satisfaction， reduce the incidence of complications， improve the level of inflammatory factors， alleviate the bad mood of patients， and improve the cooperation degree of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.

不對称双眼皮主要通过干预上睑皮下组织和皮肤，对不对称重睑进行修复或单睑向重睑转变[1]。眼睛为感觉器官之一，在面部构造中具有较大美学影响。且近些年来人们对面貌美观性提出了更高的要求，针对不对称双眼皮，多数患者选择整形修复术，进行矫正，增强外貌美观性[2]。但手术治疗具有创伤性，会使患者产生一定的生理和心理应激反应，导致术后发生并发症，影响恢复[3]。因此，为促进患者康复，需在手术过程中予以患者有效的护理干预，使其身心状态得以调整，提升护理配合度，并积极预防并发症的发生，促进患者康复[4]。……
