CO2点阵激光和强脉冲光治疗面部光老化的疗效比较

【摘 要】目的 对CO2点阵激光和强脉冲光治疗面部光老化的效果进行比较。方法 选取我院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的面部光老化患者100例,随机分为对照组及观察组,各50例。对照组行强脉冲光治疗,观察组行CO2点阵激光治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);观察组复发率为6.00%,低于对照组的22.00%(P<0.05)。结论 与强脉冲光相比,采用点阵激光技术治疗面部皮肤光老化,能够有效改善患者的满意程度,治疗后要注意使用抗生素避免皮肤感染,通过多种措施预防不良反应,为治疗效果提供保证。

Comparison of the Efficacy of CO2 Fractional Laser and Intense Pulsed Light in the Treatment of Facial Photoaging

【Abstract】Objective To compare the efficacy of CO2 fractional laser and intense pulsed light in the treatment of facial photoaging. Methods A total of 100 patients with facial photoaging admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with intense pulsed light, and the observation group was treated with CO2 fractional laser. The therapeutic effect, incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 84.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.00%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.00%, which was lower than 22.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with intense pulsed light, fractional laser technology can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients in the treatment of facial skin photoaging. After treatment, antibiotics should be used to avoid skin infection, and adverse reactions should be prevented through various measures to ensure the therapeutic effect.

日光中的UVB(ultraxiolet radiation B)和UVA(ultraxiolet radiation A)对皮肤组织形成的结构破坏是导致皮肤老化的主要原因,会导致皮肤出现松弛、粗糙及毛细血管扩张等情况,对美观性造成较大影响[1]。维A酸是当前应用最广泛的抗衰老药物,经过维A酸治疗,患者的皱纹、点状色素斑得到改善,皮肤会变得更加光滑。但在不斷实践中发现,如果停止使用维A酸,它的抗光老化能力也会随之减弱,所以需要持续用药,故临床仍需探索更为有效且安全的治疗方式。随着近年来现代技术手段的不断发展与应用,CO2点阵激光与光子嫩肤逐渐开始应用于皮肤科治疗中,收获一致好评[2]。鉴于此,本研究选取皮肤光老化患者为研究对象,比较CO2点阵激光治疗和强脉冲光治疗的临床效果,现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 选取云南省第一人民医院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的皮肤光老化患者100例为研究对象。纳入标准:无高血压、心肺功能不全者;凝血功能正常;近1年未接受过激光治疗。排除标准:瘢痕体质者及严重生理性疾病者。随机分为对照组及观察组,每组50例。……
