【摘 要】鼻翼基底术是一种治疗前上颌骨骨质丢失所致的鼻底凹陷的有效方法。鼻基底填充术因其创伤小、前上颌骨量增加、疗效明确等优点而被广泛应用于鼻面部畸形的修复，目前已有很多相关文献对其进行了深入讨论。现结合近年来国内外涉及鼻基底填充术的文献，对鼻基底填充术的快速填装方法进行总结，以期为临床治疗鼻翼基底凹陷提供新思路。

Rapid Filling Method of Costal Cartilage Particles in Nasal Alar Base Surgery

【Abstract】Nasal alar base surgery is an effective method to treat nasal floor depression caused by maxillary bone loss. Nasal base filling is widely used in the repair of nasal and facial deformities due to its advantages of small trauma， increased anterior maxilla and clear curative effect. At present， many related literatures have discussed it in depth. Based on the literature on nasal base filling at home and abroad in recent years， the rapid filling methods of nasal base filling are summarized in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of nasal alar base depression.

鼻翼基底凹陷（nasal alar base depression）是一种常见的面部凹陷，主要是由于上颌骨发育不良、梨状孔周围软组织发育不足等原因引起。一般情况下，鼻翼基底凹陷是一种先天性的骨发育不良，随着年龄增长而逐渐加重。鼻翼基底处软组织萎缩，骨质流失，表现为面中部凹陷、嘴凸等。随着人们审美意识的提高，对于鼻子的外观要求也越来越高。单纯的鼻尖整形手术已经无法满足求美者的需求，临床上提出鼻基底充填对鼻翼基底凹陷进行外貌矫正。鼻基充填是在鼻翼底部“软组织罩”深处放置一块自体或异体硬材料[1]，为鼻翼底部提供强有力的支持，从而纠正鼻翼底部的凹陷，改善鼻翼基底凹陷的外形，减少嘴凸程度，使面容变得更加协调。当前，这种手术被广泛应用于临床，并且经常被用作隆鼻手术或颌面手术的同步辅助手术。

在整形医学界，可以用来填塞鼻翼底部的硬性移植材料原料比较多，主要分为自体移植和人工合成的异质性原料。……
