【摘 要】目的 分析固定-活动义齿联合修复对牙列缺损患者美容效果的影响。方法 选取鄠邑区秦渡中心卫生院2020年1月-2022年1月收治的54例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组，各27例。参照组实施常规活动义齿修复，研究组实施固定-活动义齿联合修复，比较两组龈沟液炎症因子水平、咀嚼功能指数、美观度评分及口腔健康评分。结果 研究组治疗后龈沟液C反应蛋白（CRP）、腫瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均低于参照组（P<0.05）；研究组治疗后咀嚼功能指数、美观度评分均高于参照组（P<0.05）；研究组治疗后口腔健康影响程度量表14（OHIP-14）评分低于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 固定-活动义齿联合修复牙列缺损的效果理想，可有效改善患者的牙齿美观及咀嚼功能，减少炎性刺激，提高口腔健康水平。

Effect of Fixed-removable Denture Combined Repair on Cosmetic Effect of Patients with Dentition Defect

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the effect of fixed-removable denture combined repair on the cosmetic effect of patients with dentition defect. Methods A total of 54 patients with dentition defect admitted to Qindu Central Hospital of Huyi District from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method， they were divided into reference group and study group， with 27 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine removable denture repair， and the study group was given fixed-removable denture combined repair. The levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid， masticatory function index， aesthetic score and oral health score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the levels of C-reactive protein （CRP） and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） in gingival crevicular fluid in the study group were lower than those in the reference group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the masticatory function index and aesthetic score of the study group were higher than those of the reference group （P<0.05）. The score of oral health impact scale 14 （OHIP-14） in the study group was lower than that in the reference group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of fixed-movable denture combined with dentition defect repair is ideal， which can effectively improve the patients tooth aesthetics and masticatory function， reduce inflammatory stimulation， and improve oral health.

牙列缺损（dentition defect）是指上颌或下颌牙列内存在数目不等的牙缺失，导致恒牙牙列不完整。牙列前部缺损会影响牙齿整体美观度、辅助发音功能和咀嚼功能，也可能影响口颌系统健康[1]。现如今，人们口腔保健意识增强，对牙齿美观度要求较高，当出现牙齿缺失时，修复牙齿美观度和功能成为患者就医的主要原因。目前，牙齿缺损治疗主要是采用人工材料修复，改善牙齿缺失症状，常用的修复材料包括活动义齿、固定义齿、种植义齿等，其中活动义齿、固定义齿操作简单，价格低廉，受到广泛应用，而种植义齿虽外形美观、修复效果理想，但价格昂贵，患者接受度较低[2]。固定义齿修复是利用缺牙间隙一端或两端天然牙作为基牙，制作固位体，对天然牙条件要求较高，仅适用于缺牙间隙相邻牙周健康且缺失牙数目少的患者。活动义齿修复通过固位体卡环与基托固定牙齿在压裂内，对基牙条件压球较低，适用性广泛，但基托较大，容易出现基牙损伤情况。……
