【摘 要】目的 评估心理护理干预在眼部整形手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年11月-2022年11月于我院接受治疗的82例眼部整形手术患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，每组41例。对照组予以常规护理，研究组予以常规护理+心理护理干预，比较两组负性情绪（SAS、SDS评分）、治疗配合度、并发症发生情況、护理满意度及生活质量。结果 研究组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组治疗配合度为100.00%，高于对照组的87.80%（P<0.05）；研究组并发症发生率为7.32%，低于对照组的29.27%（P<0.05）；研究组护理满意度为97.56%，高于对照组的78.05%（P<0.05）；研究组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对眼部整形手术患者予以心理护理干预效果更佳，可减轻患者负性情绪，提升治疗配合度，降低并发症发生几率，提高护理满意度及生活质量。

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention in Patients with Eye Plastic Surgery

【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with eye plastic surgery. Methods A total of 82 patients with eye plastic surgery who were treated in our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method， with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the study group was given routine nursing+psychological nursing intervention. The negative emotions （SAS， SDS scores）， treatment compliance， complications， nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group after nursing were lower than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The treatment compliance of the study group was 100.00%， which was higher than 87.80% of the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of complications in the study group was 7.32%， which was lower than 29.27% in the control group （P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.56%， which was higher than 78.05% of the control group （P<0.05）. The quality of life score of the study group after nursing was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention is more effective for patients undergoing eye plastic surgery， which can reduce the negative emotions of patients， improve the degree of treatment cooperation， reduce the incidence of complications， and improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.

眼睛作为一项外观重要的衡量指标，人们对眼部美观的追求也越来越高，进而眼部整形手术应用率也有所提升[1]。但是多数患者对该手术具有较高的期望值，尤其是女性，期望值过高所产生的心理落差则会更大，进而极易导致医疗或护理纠纷产生，不利于构建良好的护患关系，同时也不利于医院的可持续发展[2，3]。另外，面对眼部整形手术，多数患者因认知程度不足在面对手术时会产生身心应激反应，进而使患者产生各种负性情绪，影响配合度和治疗效果[4]。同时眼部整形手术由于部位特殊，术后也易产生各种并发症，进一步会影响患者康复效果，需患者积极配合预防，以改善预后，提升患者生活质量[5]。……
