摘 要：本文阐述了食品安全监管工作的现状及快速检测技术在具体工作应用实践中出现的各种问题，介绍了快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的作用及食品快速检测技术的几种类型，并提出了快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的应用思路与策略分析，旨在进一步推动我国快速检测技术的发展。

Analysis on Application of Rapid Detection Technology in Food Safety Supervision

Abstract： This paper expounds the current situation of food safety supervision and various problems of rapid detection technology in specific work application practice， introduces the role of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision and several types of food rapid detection technology， and puts forward the rapid detection technology application in the food safety regulatory thinking and strategy analysis in order to further promote the development of rapid detection technology in China.

食品行业的发展不仅与我国经济社会有着直接紧密的联系，同时与大众的生命健康息息相关，我国的食品安全监管还存在着很多问题，将快速检测技术应用到实践工作当中能够有效提升食品安全检测的效率与质量，促进食品行业的稳定发展。

1 食品安全监管工作现状与快速检测技术应用中出现的问题

1.1 食品安全监管工作的现状分析

检测环节中大型仪器的体积较大，需要将检测样本带到实验室中进行检测，增加了工作难度和时间成本，不利于工作效率的提高，所以国内食品安全快速检测工作的质量和效率还有很大的提升空间[5]。很多食品安全检测人员没有持续更新自身知识储备，没有转变工作思路和工作方法。现有的检测任务繁杂、整体效率低下、人力物力投入较大，且不能保证检测结果的准确性与稳定性，不利于食品安全监管工作的顺利进行，市场中食品的质量得不到保障，从而影响消费者的身体健康，不利于社会的稳定

发展。

1.2 快速检测技术在食品安全监管工作中存在的问题
